We collect the information needed to run your spa: customer contact details, appointment history, and the ad-conversion match keys (hashed email/phone, ad-click IDs, UTMs) we use to fire server-side events. We never sell your data, and we never share customer-level data across tenants.

Email/phone identifiers shared with Meta + TikTok are SHA-256 hashed per their API specs. Browser cookies we set are first-party only.
